Cumberland Museum and Archives
The Cumberland Museum and Archives opened its doors in 1981 and is home to the extensive archives and artifacts of the community of Cumberland. We are open year-round and offer over 40 exhibits, a Company Store, research services, after school programs, heritage events, guided tours, films, video kiosks, and a replica coal mine. The Museum is located in the heart of the historic Village, steps from #6 Memorial Mine Park and downtown shopping and dining. We are wheelchair accessible, offer free wireless internet access and provide Visitor Services for travelers.

Cumberland Mountain Biking- UROC
The United Riders of Cumberland is a registered non-profit society that advocates for mountain biking through:
- building and maintaining trails;
- hosting mountain bike events;
- encouraging mountain biking in youth;
- facilitating group rides;
- encouraging the positive spirit of mountain biking in the community; and,
- fostering positive working relationships with landowners;
- working with other community groups, agencies, societies, and organization’s sharing similar purposes.
We encourage everyone who uses the Cumberland trails to become a member of UROC which supports the upkeep and ongoing maintenance of the trails. Check out their website for trail maps/conditions and more information.

Located on Comox Lake, this Village of Cumberland municipal park and campground offers swimming, paddle sport rentals,
concession, boat launch, hiking trails, climbing crags, as well as low-cost programs and events.
